Our Opinion: The thought behind the design and function of these 3 townhouses is, we think, a work of genius. A lot like this would typically be used to build a series of shotgun homes with garage facades exposed to the street and front yards consisting of a concrete driveway; praise be to SLC, this project is a triumph in planning, an inspiration in design, and a stroke of knowing insight. Eliminating two of the three driveways allowed for parking to be pulled to the rear of the homes, which ultimately expands the home esthetic and maximizes curb appeal. It also provides a safer entry route [900 East] and amplifies front yard space without sacrificing the back yard.

The front door of the home compliments the over-excavated outdoor gathering space; it's an incredible and timeless design feature. There's a sunken courtyard that floods the lower of three stories with natural light, thereby promising a 'basement' like no other you've seen. The interior of the homes can be tailored to your liking, so you can, literally, create what you crave on the three floors [around 800 sq. ft. each] of modern delight. The main floor consists of a living, dining, kitchen, and powder room, and it's got incredible views of the east mountain range and neighboring golf course. The large windows create a seamless tie from inside to out, accessing your intimate backyard or interactive front yard. The upper floor provides 2 or 3 bedroom layouts. It's basically the perfect opportunity to let your creative juices flow. Know what you need, then create it. You're home.
