Our Opinion: We know that downtown living isn’t for everyone. Some folks enjoy a life that's slightly outside the lines--a place to stretch their legs and breathe outside the city (while still being perfectly within reach of it) for a more affordable price. We totally get that. And if it sounds like you, then this might be your place. Tucked off of the hustle/bustle of Redwood Road, you’ll get all the benefits of a quiet community without sacrificing much at all. Just a few blocks away, you’ll find Redwood Recreation Center for all your exercise and activity needs, and Jordan River Parkway is just a quick jaunt for those days you want to take an evening bike ride and watch the sunset. The attractions don't stop there, though: Redwood Drive-In is just down the road (!) for a night of fun like we used to do it a few decades ago, and easy freeway access means spots like Sugar House and Downtown are within 15 minutes should the urge for a night on the town strike. The space itself is a cute top-level condo with new carpet and paint throughout. The inviting great room is one of our favorite features. Plenty of light and space, what with those deliciously high, vaulted ceilings, and the adorable kitchen is all a part of the fun. Private balcony for taking in those stunning mountain views with your morning culpa (or evening libations), and you've got access to it from the main suite, as well. Each bedroom feels spacious and airy, and ultimately, we feel pretty certain that you'll be happy to call this place 'home'.
