This Saturday calls for blue skies, a high of 75°, and a tantalizing taste of a few of SLC’s best eateries. Tastemaker’s 2015 kicks off this Thursday, but it won’t come to a close until Friday night, so you’ve got two deliciously-golden opportunities to partake of the bounty this salty town has provided (with help from Salt Lake Magazine, of course). The yearly event is always a smash–for a few hours each year the streets of the Gallivan Center are transformed into a walk-through eatery, and the result is a bustling ensemble of flavor and fans of it. Featured charcuteries include Avenues Proper, Eva, Del Mar al Lago, and Silver. As always, a few nearby sit-down joints will be partaking as well, so attendees can breeze through Benihana, Caffé Molise, Squatter’s, and Ruth’s Chris.
