Buzz | RETROSPECT

January 20, 2012 |
Cody Derrick

Buzz at RETROSPECT is, in short, a zenith business owner. Allow me…

1) Client connection Buzz has got it. It’s not just me he calls by first name. I’ve heard him address every person that comes into his business by theirs, as well. Impressive and sincere.

2) Product knowledge in spades – I go to Buzz for everything lighting and bath, in all my homes, for every project (stay tuned to see a number of his bulbs scattered about my Maryland renovation). I also religiously send him my clients. Expertise is an understatement.

3) A sparkling demeanor – It seems as though Buzz actually loves what he does, and it shows in every transaction and spot of advice. If that’s not enough to convince you to buy local…no. It is.
