Property Profile: As noted on its official website, “Promontory’s distinctive profile stands as the newest addition to Salt Lake’s skyline, while inside its elegance and comforts set a new standard of downtown living. Featuring high quality finishes and an unmatched attention to detail, the residences are designed to complement the stunning views they afford. With floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring, exquisite cabinetry and designer lighting, the elegance of Promontory rises to new heights in Salt Lake City.”

Our Opinion: We like The Promontory because it changed us; by “us” we mean our city. At theCOLLECTIVE, we judge the progress of a city by the volume of construction happening at any one time. Follow the construction, and you’ll end up in downtown Salt Lake, where this building stands tall. At 30 stories, we should all get used to looking up…unless you’re standing on your own balcony. The views speak for themselves. The lobby is beautiful, covered in dark wood and has soaring ceilings. It’s like the big brother you always wanted.  So damned perfect.
