Pierpont #W208

 Price: Rented

Neighborhood: Downtown

Property Profile: 570 sq. ft. | 1 bed, 1 bath

Our Opinion: We love brick. We love adaptive re-use projects. We love small, creative living spaces, and we love lofts. That said, it’s not so surprising that we love this little number in the Pierpont Lofts space – a rare find for a rental (previous tenant stayed five years). Insider tip: when considering a small unit, think about the cubic volume, rather than the square footage; thanks to two floors, extra ceiling height, and large windows, this unit feels substantially larger than you might expect. Some of the modern conveniences of this unit include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gas stove, brand new boiler/water heater – oh, and some forthcoming repairs and updates in the form of fresh paint and new bamboo floors upstairs. And–as with most people who choose a life in the city [here, here!]–a good bit of the choice lies in the walkability…what can you hoof it to within minutes of leaving your four beautiful brick walls and gated community? In this case, the list is lengthy [these spots are actually less of a ‘walk’ and more of a ‘stone’s throw’ from your front door]: PalletThe Rose Est., Finca, Pioneer Park (Farmer’s Market!), and TRAX, just to name a few. Includes residential parking permit and lockable storage on ground floor. Gas/electric not included. No pets, no smokers…that’s the deal. Available as of February 1st, 2016.

That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
