I make it a point to spend a fair amount of time in each property I put on the market. It’s worth my time to get a sense for how it lives and breathes, for what feels good and which bits should be highlighted in the showings. Herein lies the dilemma for me: we’ve got a myriad of solid clients with stellar properties, and I quickly find myself jumping from ‘this feels good’ to ‘how can I buy this for me?’ For those of you that need convincing on this one, our job’s been made all too easy. We’ll let the images below do the chatting. If the brick walls, crisp paint, original wood floors, soaring ceilings, gas range, adorable patio, bright bedroom, perfect downtown neighborhood, and appealing price tag [140k] don’t convince you, then fine…I can put in some time at a private showing. Really, there’s no need to do this the hard way.
