Oakhill Drive | A Step Inside

Homes like this one are a rare thing, indeed.

For one, everything about it–from the floors to the furniture to the owner himself–is completely original. Yessir, as we mentioned in the listing write up for this home, the space was designed by renowned architect William Pereira, in conjunction with the current–and only–owner. On paper, this place is already batting 1,000: it’s an untouched mid-century marvel seated squarely on 1.65 acres. In Holladay.

And the interior? Inspired, to say the least.

Walls of glass, a beautiful, double-sided stone fireplace, parquet floors, and a natural cork paper-paneled wall all complement each other brilliantly within their beautiful brick confines. This space is a showpiece, no doubt, and we were happy to welcome a few fellow mid-mod enthusiasts to bask in the brilliance with us. Marvel the photos below, if you will, and bask in the fact that yes, Utah is home to some avant-garde architecture, yes, it will happily surprise you at every turn, and yes, this shining example could absolutely be yours.
