You forget how nice it is to know where your coffee beans are being roasted until you walk in on the process. The smells, the sounds (the cute ginger that offered to let me watch). It’s always nice when the quality of the food at a coffee shop matches that of the beans. Stop in and say hello to Sarah and Steven. God knows I will be.
