This crown jewel was featured in this year’s Parade of Homes and just so happens to be one of our own COLLECTIVE listings (see here). To celebrate, we grabbed a few fine bottles of wine and headed down to Cottonwood Heights to give her a proper welcome to the fam. Each space has been tested and found wanting for nada. Perfect spot for gathering, and this fair lady was just reduced to help her sell in a hurry, so hear ye, hear ye…run.
