If you haven’t noticed, test-driving listings is kind of our thing here at cityhomeCOLLECTIVE. It’s quite a lovely perk of the job! We get to scoop a few friends, some snacks and then get curious about all the reasons to love a home, which we believe will spark exploration and invite in the home’s new occupants- so that’s what life in this space could be. For our Row 17 adventure, we decided to take a stroll down the quaint residential Richards Street, take a right on Wood Avenue, and ended up at Honeysuckle Coffee Co., where we were greeted by a cozy atmosphere, delicious pastries, and hot coffee.
We took our treats back to this cozy abode for a few rounds of our favorite games. Here’s our take: small spaces can hold big fun. Neighborhood walkability is a lifestyle upgrade. South-facing patios give us life. We love filling our spaces with love and friends! We can’t wait to hand over the keys of this sweet treasure to someone new.
