Life In Your Space | Lake Point

For those of us that appreciate easy access to the city, but prefer the relaxation that amazing views and loads of outdoor space can afford, our listing in Lake Point (ahem: currently on the market) seemed like the perfect spot for an evening of food and friends.

no prettier place than near the great salt lake to watch the sunset…

The ample (and gourmet) kitchen space, open dining room, and seamless transition to the outdoor deck here make entertaining a breeze and the conversation easy. Given the ample yard space, we also found ourselves in the perfect setting to lay down a blanket and have a good game of cornhole (wine in hand, obviously). And obviously, there’s no prettier place than near the Great Salt Lake to watch the sunset…complete with views of both Antelope and Stansbury Island. Looking to get even more idyllic with your evenings? A neigh-borly visit (nailed it) from a few horses should do the trick. Trust us, folks…you’ll want to see this one for yourself. It would be-hoof you to do so soon (we’re done).

There’s something about spring that makes us pay closer attention to the spaces we call home. The light lingers a little longer in the evenings, trees begin their quiet bloom, and suddenly, the outdoors feels just as essential as the rooms within. It’s a season of return and renewal—of opening...
