Keller Williams | Oh, So Complete

We’re finally able to reveal the completed design of the long-awaited Keller Williams space that abides in the newly-refurbished Granite Furniture Building in Sugar House. For one, it’s pretty damned exciting to see the neighborhood coming to life after years of stagnation. There’s a fresh myriad of tasty and hip restaurants and soon-to-be office/retail space that will don the 2100 South block between 1100 East and McClelland. It’ll only get better and better…we all know that Sugar House is set to be the vibrant, historically-rich epicenter for local businesses and killer locals that it once was.

Keller Williams had the foresight [and hindsight] to see the potential of this location, and they jumped on the opportunity to join in the rebirth. You can see the building’s humble beginnings at the links below. It has come a long way, to say the least. As Salt Lake City’s premier Keller Williams office, it had to be a home fit for a solid business and loads of good folks. Our collaboration efforts with principal owner, Boyd Brown, and do-it-all office whiz, Brenda Willden, were met with enthusiasm, making this one of our favorite projects to date. Goes to show that team work doesn’t seem work…and there’s no I in ‘team’…and when was ever honey made with one bee in a hive? Applause all around for a successful collab between the cityhomeCOLLECTIVE design division and Keller Williams.

Many thanks to Lady Andrea Beecher for taking the helm on this project. Here are a few other design and staging projects she had a hand in: Pallet Office | Dakota Loft | Columbus Court

There are certain staples of spring whose absence would throw all of those warm weather vibes straight out the window: sunshiney patios, the budding of the trees on South Temple, and one of our favorite fair-weather events, Mr. Jesse Walker’s Bunny Hop. That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
