Daisyfield | Pick It

July 29, 2015 |

List Price: Sold

Neighborhood: Draper

Property Profile: 1,297 sq. ft. | 3 bed, 1.5 bath

Our Opinion: What we’ve got here is a dandy of an opportunity for investors, folks. This one’s already been leased for the next year, but not to worry…the tenant is equal parts clean and reliable, so you can just sit back and enjoy the fruits of your good decision. The entire unit has been updated with a delicious design continuity (Exhibit A: matching counters in the kitchen and bathrooms). Words like “bright,” “light,” and “clean” come to mind for this one–and you can’t really argue when you see all that sunlight spilling in from the windows. The back yard on this number is a good one, too. Compact enough to cut out the maintenance, but the pavers and adorable sitting area aren’t hurting anyone (a beer and a sunset sound just perfect). Add to all that magic the proximity to hiking, biking and the like, and you’re squared away for good living.

That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
