Our Opinion: Those windows, alone, should be enough to make you shed a tear or two of joy. The Broadway Lofts house some of the only true loft spaces in SLC, and we’re big fans of said spaces. Sure, we love the downtown location, but this home has plenty of details for you to ‘ooo’ and ‘ah’ over — the adorable, yellow-clad kitchen being one of them. True to the style of a good loft, the set-up is nice and open, making for a flawless spot in which to entertain. Beautiful, hardwood floors throughout, and we obviously love the white brick wall, but there’s also a well-placed shelving system to separate your sleepy-time room [or office] from the rest of the home. Good-size walk-in closet for all of your fashion and storage purposes, but if you don’t mind, we’d like to direct your attention to that spacious bathroom now; yes, that’s subway tile surrounding an oversized tub. And yes, that might be you lounging in it with a ton of bubbles and a glass of wine.
