Rowhaus Condo | Home Run

May 9, 2016 |

List Price: Sold

Neighborhood: Ballpark

Property Profile: 1,980 sq. ft. | 3 bed, 2.5 bath

Our Opinion: Bases are loaded, and this dream of a condo is essentially the perfect swing and a home run. Wait…no. A grand slam (go, sports analogies!). The Rowhaus condos are some of our favorite, and this unit is touting all of the features that make them so. Concrete floors and counter tops, exposed duct work, hyper energy efficiency, private yard, two and a half bathrooms, and a hip functionality that can be tough to come by. The front door of this particular condo faces the green space outside, making for a pretty picture out that aptly named picture window, and garage access is directly behind the unit (for both your motor carriages, or your bikes/boards/storage galore). Rowhaus is a mere pitch away from TRAX and the ball park, which makes for convenience right off the bat (we can’t stop), BUT there’s also a development happening just down the road in the central ninth district, which means the future here is brighter than you thought.
Batter up, guys: you miss this crackerjack opportunity and you’re striking out big time.

7th Annual Bunny Hop!

There are certain staples of spring whose absence would throw all of those warm weather vibes straight out the window: sunshiney patios, the budding of the trees on South Temple, and one of our favorite fair-weather events, Mr. Jesse Walker’s Bunny Hop. That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
