Our clients, JoJo and David, decided to build this home when they came to Utah. A pair of amazing California transplants (who we can safely say came to our beehive state and made it better), they worked closely with the builders to ensure that the custom details were well-chosen and indicative of their own style.
Together, they worked to ensure that the vaulted, open-concept layout would safely hold every last BBQ, card game, or get together. And—as hoped for—the home has been well tested and overwhelmingly approved.
We stopped in for wine, tacos, and good vibes (all available in abundance), and the space received our stamp of approval in short order. This one will be hitting the market next week, folks.
