This Foothill home was built in 1994 with the express purpose of cashing in on the East Bench’s bananas panoramic views. We know that the vistas this area affords precede it, but those from nearly every window of this contemporary casa are stellar.

Like, “clear across the valley and all the way to the Oquirrhs” kind of stellar.

Inside, we’re smitten with the clean lines, asymmetrical massings, and oversized windows (and, subsequently, the copious amount of natural light). There’s a sense of airiness in this interior—courtesy of tall ceilings, skylights, and a neutral palette—and we recently took full advantage of the space, those views, good company, and one of SLC’s dreamy sunsets.

We think this seems like a perfectly-private spot with a perfect proximity to all things city livin’. It’s primed to get scooped up quick, so you’d do well to watch this space for the full dish…
