Our Opinion: This little slice of pie in the Ivanhoe Condos is every bit as sweet as it looks. Built at the turn of the century, The Ivanhoe has seen a complete and scrumptious overhaul, including this unit [who doesn’t love a well-executed head-to-toe redo?]. Some of our favorite deets in here include the polished, black-concrete floors, radiant heated Travertine floors, stamped-tin ceilings, stainless appliances, and walnut cabinets. Obviously, we’re also head-over-heels for the exposed brick walls, but that probably goes without saying. When you’re talking about smaller spaces, one key ingredient is an open feel, and there’s no lack of it here, thanks in part to the cut-out/bar space at the sink. Spare room means endless possibilities: build an adult-size fort or create a private paradise for your enormous Precious Moments collection…or just find a sensible flatmate. Then the two of you can head out to the courtyard and enjoy a fabulous fall evening and a glass of vino. Ahh. Home.

That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
