COLLECTIVELY speaking, we enjoy tempting you all with a good time. If partaking in food and drink in the land of our incredible mountains is not enough to do it, we’ll play the “it’s for a good cause” card to help persuade. Taste of the Wasatch is an annual culinary event that takes place at Solitude Resort. No big deal, we suppose, but over 50 of our state’s top restaurants [come hungry] present delectable tastings paired with local boutique wine and beer [come thirsty]. So, it’s a big deal. Oh, and here’s the best part: 100% [yes, every last penny] of proceeds goes toward fighting hunger in Utah. The beneficiary foundations are Utah Food Bank, Utahans Against Hunger and Ogden Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc., whose missions have one common goal — to feed the hungry and those in need.
