It’s hard to hit aaallll the marks with a single home. Typically, you’ll find a few things you absolutely love and a few things you can’t wait to get in and change. “All needs met without a single tweak” is a rare thing, indeed…but if you’ll just hear us out. The home you see here is every bit of the good stuff: unique, well designed, just private enough, yet perfectly connected. This one may just be the perfect space.

The vibes inside? Clean, bright, modern, comfy, and cozy come to mind.

The adorable family that lives here will be headed east for life/job changes, and while we’re always sad to part ways with a good gang, it’ll work out right nicely for someone (you? Maybeee!). Plopped just two streets from Liberty Park (okay, it’s perfect), you’ll be taking advantage of restaurants, shops, and all that good stuff that comes with walkability and downtown access. When this one hits the market, you’ll need to stop gawking, pick up your jaw, and make some moves. This baby is sure be gone in a hurry, so keep an eye out.

There are homes that shelter us, and then there are homes that shape us. The kind that quietly witness who we were, who we became, and all the small moments in between. A towering, brick flat where friendships turned into chosen family. Kitchens held late-night conversations long after the music...
