For some time we searched for the perfect spot to flex our COLLECTIVE creativity and prove that our creed “real estate and design were always meant to marry” isn’t just talk.
Within these walls, we made a few improvements to some spectacular bones (hardwood floors, 9’ ceilings, detailed crown molding, arched passageways, and French doors) and elevated the elegance of the space with new, modern light fixtures and plumbing. We painted, installed a new bathroom vanity and shelving as well as in-unit washer and dryer, and breathed new life into the fireside.
The kitchen received special attention with new appliances, new quartzite countertops, and newly stained slate floors. But our favorite space is perhaps the sunroom: painted a deep, meditative green and filled with plants. (There may not be a better spot to cozy up and work on your Sudoku.)
We love where it sits: just off South Temple, and set back from the tree-lined boulevard of 800 East. The Premier building itself—with its pitched gable roofs, decorative half-timbering, and elaborate masonry—is one of the most stunning representations of Old English Tudor architecture in this fair city.
It’s been a labor of love, to be sure, and we’re quite smitten with the result of this beautiful collaboration between the two halves or our little COLLECTIVE.
Brian Tripoli is trust and integrity exemplified. With twenty years of real estate savoir-faire under his belt, this resolute consultant has got somewhat of a vantage at our COLLECTIVE, and Brian has established himself as an adept and trustworthy agent for high-end property sales all over the valley. A keen believer in the importance of listening, his knack for connecting with folks from all walks of life is uncanny, to be sure. Brian’s client-focused approach and old-fashioned real-estate pluck lend themselves quite nicely to a thorough and efficient home buying/selling process. All told, an agent with a meritable chunk of experience and the patient persistence to see your transaction to perfect end.
