Life in Your Space | Perry Avenue

August 27, 2026 | Brian Tripoli

Along a winding, tree-lined street, tucked among established gardens and flowering perennials, you’ll find this lovely English-inspired residence. Beautifully updated and lovingly cared for, it’s the kind of space that feels warm and familiar.

There’s a certain simple pleasure that comes from opening our homes to those we love–

gathering around a table, sharing food, laughing–and it’s the nourishing of those relationships for which homes like this house on Perry Ave seem to exist.

Classically designed with a formal dining, French doors, and a fireplace of substance, it pairs timeless architecture with a cozy family room and a beautifully modernized kitchen. The outside is made for lingering. With its vine-covered pergola, overhung porch and perfectly-sized cut of lawn, it may be one of the most charming backyards in all of Federal Heights.

As summer winds down and the leaves begin to catch fire, these are the spaces we find ourselves drawn to: warm, storied and welcoming.

The kinds that hold us, that speak to us, that make us feel safe and at home.
