The holidays are approaching at record speed, it seems, and 2018’ll be wrapping up before you can say “auld lang syne”. For those of you with a new place to call “home” on that New Year’s to-do list, we say there’s still time—and we’ve got just the spot. This ridiculously charming space is seated in Daybreak, and if you’re not yet acquainted with this ‘hood, allow us to introduce you. The Daybreak community is situated just west of South Jordan, and it’s been rated in the top 20 of master-planned communities in the US (see here and here). As far as pluses go, it’s full of ‘em. There are currently 24 parks, five pools, and one lake (free canoe and stand-up paddleboard rentals included) within these borders, but there’s also summer concerts, small businesses, and a communal rec center, too.

And when the months turn chillier, this particular home also happens to have the perfect sledding hill just steps outside its door. As you can see, we recently slapped on our puffy coats and took full advantage of a recent snowfall for ourselves. When the cold finally got to us, we had the perfect spot for defrosting and conversing, nog cups in hand. If you ask us, this home is priced right and perched in a highly-rated ‘hood, too.
