The south side of Liberty Wells is one of the few remaining neighborhoods in this burgeoning city where one can find reasonably-priced digs that still offer a substantial bang for the buck. The area is close to local shops and parks, and, with UTA’s S-line now in full swing, it’s also bustling with new residences. In short, this spot’s comin’ up. So when newly minted friends looking to sell their peachy perch in this slice of SLC reached out to us, we knew we’d be having ourselves little get together.

Inside, this bungalow is as charming as they come.

Custom millwork. A gourmet kitchen. One nicely-remodeled bathroom. It hits all the marks. And the backyard--with those cheery sunshades and a choice fire pit--is equally irresistible. But this one isn't just good looks. Thanks to brand new solar panels, a two-car garage, and a basement boasting a decent ceiling-height, it’s also fervently practical.

Who says you can’t have your form and enjoy your function, too?
