When a few good friends of ours were called westward for work, they called upon us to help them find someone new to call their 19th century Victorian “home.” And we, suckers that we are for a good holiday get-together, decided to throw these two a proper bon voyage. Alleged “slow season” or no, we knew this one wouldn’t last long, all merry and bright with tall ceilings, ample windows, and one dream of a kitchen. It’s been around for generations, this home. It’s solidly built but cozy as can be. It’s got vintage charm in spades, but it's also been updated in just the right ways. It's a space where friendships have been forged and families have been formed. This is loving where you live, and in a space like this one, it’s easy.

And quicker than quick, this dish was scooped up by someone that loves it as much as we do. It's just another scrap of proof that when the right space and the right brokerage come together, connecting the right people is a snap.

It’s the kind of kismet we live for around here.
