A perfect patch of grass. Proximity to public transportation. This charmer’s got it all in spades. A few friends of ours, Jaima and Darren, have decided to follow their hearts across the country and asked us to help them sell their mid-century reno located in Sandy.

It's a remodel that lands all the punches.

Sandy, to be clear, has so much upswing. Hale Centre Theatre recently opened (Newsies anyone?), and there’s excellent shopping and dining at the Shops at South Town. If the lure of the canyons is strong with you, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better place to put down roots. This rambler is so clean, well-laid out, and fully-updated, we couldn’t help but throw a little shindig to celebrate our friends’ new adventure. We’ll miss them dearly...but you’ll be missin’ out if you don’t jump on this Sandy dandy stat.
