A perfect patch of grass. Proximity to public transportation. This charmer’s got it all in spades. A few friends of ours, Jaima and Darren, have decided to follow their hearts across the country and asked us to help them sell their mid-century reno located in Sandy.

It's a remodel that lands all the punches.

Sandy, to be clear, has so much upswing. Hale Centre Theatre recently opened (Newsies anyone?), and there’s excellent shopping and dining at the Shops at South Town. If the lure of the canyons is strong with you, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better place to put down roots. This rambler is so clean, well-laid out, and fully-updated, we couldn’t help but throw a little shindig to celebrate our friends’ new adventure. We’ll miss them dearly...but you’ll be missin’ out if you don’t jump on this Sandy dandy stat.

The Condos at Uffens Marketplace, located just to the north of Pioneer Park, are as sublimely situated as they come. During warmer months, the Farmer’s Market sets up right across the street and stand-out staples like Caputo’s Market and Bruges Waffles all sit within the same city block...

The physical criteria for picking a spot are assuredly important. You want solid bones, shiny new updates, and loads of natural light, to be sure.
