Nobrow | New Locale

The space we all adored is no more, as Nobrow Coffee Werks has moved to their new location in the Granary District [179 W 900 S]. We're sure that the exposed brick, original wood beams, and checkered/patterned windows from the former space [an old mechanic's garage] were hard to leave, but not to worry. In trade, we have a cozier, cleaner, more modern space with Joe's familiar face and the tasty coffee we crave. As expected, he and co-owner/manager, Duffy Gallivan, have done well with it; with the help of Atlas Architects [building designers], Modern Union [cabinetry/woodwork], and Thomas Design [doors and steel], the new space is a cozy mixture of reclaimed wood, caged lighting, crisp, white counter tops, and some piano guts for wall art. We'll have a cup of that.
