Life in Your Space | On Hooper

We're always in the mood for a vintage classic, and this pretty-in-pink number is absolutely aces. Curb-wise, this home is simply as charming and full of character as can be, so naturally, the beautiful folks that call her "home" are tops in our book, too. Marcie and John heard the coast calling, and while they'll always hold our hills near and dear, they're headed out west. As with all our client pals, we hate to see them go, but we were delighted at the chance to spend some time in the space before they say "adieu".

The evening, like most good ones, was filled with tasty snacks, (tastier still) drinks, and, naturally, a flock of chickens. From the open and bright floorplan, to the well-cared-for garden, to the big ol' backyard, it's apparent that this home has been loved completely--both inside and out. In summary, this is a lovely home in a lovely 'hood. If you're gonna shoot you better shake it--they just don't make 'em like they used to.

We recently passed the keys to a home tucked just beside one of Salt Lake’s most intriguing landmarks — a red-brick beauty resting quietly along the edge of Gilgal Gardens. Seasons Change; We Are Here
11/5/2025 | Brian Tripoli
I’ve walked these streets so many times with this child. I remember when she’d ride in a carrier against my chest, both of us bundled tight against the winter cold. Then, later, behind me in a bike trailer, laughing while I went way too fast. And now she’s on her own bike, and I’m the one trying...
