Not so long ago we gave you all a little glimpse of some good that's coming your way via the Granary District. The spot's called theRUBY, and you'd do well to pay attention to its progress. We're particularly excited about this development project, and we were thrilled to pop by for a little ground breaking ceremony (and--if there be mimosas--all the better)...
theRUBY is perched in the up 'n' coming Granary District, which means residents will be in close proximity to Downtown, Ballpark, and Warehouse 'hoods (not to mention easy-peezy freeway access). The project is set to feature 12 rowhouse-style townhomes ranging from the mid-to-high 300s. And, since floorplans will be approximately 1,850 sq.ft., we think there's a little bit of somethin' for everyone, here.
