Some of you may recall...we featured this very space a couple of years ago as part of our "Home, Made" series. They weren't clients at the time. We did the story because we were--quite simply--enamored with the home and the people inside. That's still the case, of course. But we have an update...

This one's going on the market next week!

The thing about a home like this one is that, while it's perfectly suited to those that currently live inside, it's also the ideal foundation on which to put your own stamp. The interior's been remodeled to perfection and the well-appointed space is wall-to-wall with cozy vibes. There's loads of light and the finishes are just right. The landscaping is on point, both in the very private front yard and the lovely and green back yard (itself rife with native flora, a studio workspace, a playhouse, and plenty of room to run). And to those for whom school districts are top of mind, this space is squarely in the Granite School District, which includes Rosecrest Elementary and Olympus junior and high schools.

In short, this home has been loved well and polished up right. It's a captivating space and an exemplary space in which to put down roots. Once up for grabs, spots as lovely as this one aren't apt to stay that way for long. Our suggestion?

There’s something about spring that makes us pay closer attention to the spaces we call home. The light lingers a little longer in the evenings, trees begin their quiet bloom, and suddenly, the outdoors feels just as essential as the rooms within. It’s a season of return and renewal—of opening...
