The Uffens Building is one of those SLC condo communities that oozes cool. Popped squarely downtown (and Bruges Waffle & Frites adjacent, people), a space in the Uffens is tough to come by and well worth the wait.

You’re reading now, aren’t you? They served as the perfect accoutrements to game night, which served as the perfect accoutrements to this adorable unit. The space is ideal for a little gathering, and since the building welcomes pets, you can include the pup in the party. The patio is a welcome addition, as well. You’ve got a view to all sorts of goings on in our city, as this is a top/corner unit, but there’s also plenty of privacy.
