Our Opinion: The Westgate Lofts are some of our favorite in the ‘open-concept loft space’ category. Smack-dab in the heart of downtown, and just a skip away from goodies like Pioneer Park [home to this and this], Pallet Bistro, loads of other good stuff…so you’re never hurting for something to do. As with all Westgate properties, this one too is laden with delicious details like exposed brick, concrete ceilings and stained concrete floors, exposed ductwork, and a nice, open feel. Sleek, modern kitchen design lends itself nicely to the rest of the space, and given where it’s perched, it makes entertaining a downright breeze. Bedroom feels semi-private, which is a tasty touch, and you’ve got a private patio for those nights of a good book and a glass of red, white, or whatever you like. The Westgate property has an inviting little courtyard, accessed by secure gates. Buzz your people in, and get started with the good life.
