Dear Everyone | Daaaang…

That was cray in the best possible way, and to be frank, we’re effing thrilled. The End-of-Summer Brew + ‘Q was precisely what we imagined it might be: a gleeful, buddy-buddy, slightly intoxicated, but delicious gathering of clients, locals, and businesses that deserve our COLLECTIVE applause. “Success!”, say we, as we clasp our hands to each side of our heads.

A thousand ‘thanks’ to everyone that attended; fingers crossed that you enjoyed as much as we did. As with any good-size gathering, we had a fair bit of help that made the party what it was. R&R BBQ, Epic Brewery, Sugarhouse Libations, Dolcetti Gelatto, Laziz, and Dottie’s Biscuit Barn…we bow humbly and stand acutely aware of the fact that a party ain’t a party without good food and drink. Without you, we’re just a bunch of people talking in a really cute parking lot. So, thank you. Speaking of cute parking lots, Ashley of Pierpont Place is due countless COLLECTIVE hugs for her help with lights, tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Danke, Ashley. To the evening’s DJs, we say day-um! The music was on the pointiest of points, and since the popo showed up not once, but twice, that means the levels were near perfect. To the screen-printing ninjas of Spilt Ink, you blew our minds by turning around our tees and sweatshirts [more to come on those] in a seemingly-impossible amount of time, and we love you for that. To the kindly folks at Blooms & Co., your arrangements popped perfectly on those tables. We know that the small-but-lovely details are those that make you love where you live, so thanks heaps for your contribution. And finally, to our employees, pals, neighbors and other goodly citizens that helped with set-up and general prep…we owes you bigtime. Below are a few shots from what we consider to be the perfect evening in the best of cities. Super happy you were there, too.

Can’t wait for the next one.

COLLECTIVELY,

Smitten.

Being a real estate agent is a very interesting profession. Objectively, you are there to assist and provide professional advice to clients wanting to purchase or sell homes. Yet, I find myself connecting with people on a deeper level that goes beyond the surface of what I thought my job to be...

7th Annual Bunny Hop!

There are certain staples of spring whose absence would throw all of those warm weather vibes straight out the window: sunshiney patios, the budding of the trees on South Temple, and one of our favorite fair-weather events, Mr. Jesse Walker’s Bunny Hop. That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]

It’s hard to hit aaallll the marks with a single home. Typically, you’ll find a few things you absolutely love and a few things you can’t wait to get in and change. “All needs met without a single tweak” is a rare thing, indeed…but if you’ll just hear us out. The home you see here […]
