City Haven Condos

Neighborhood: Central City

Project Profile: 35 units | 800 E 300 S | 2 bedroom, ±800 sq. ft.

About the project: Converted from apartments in 2007, the majority of the sales for City Haven were finalized by Cody Derrick and the COLLECTIVE in 2008, with prices ranging from 135,000.00 to 180,000.00. The number one selling point at the time – and still – is the location. The 3 buildings that make up City Haven are located at the corners of 300 South and 800 East. Its proximity to downtown and the Broadway shopping district of Broadway, as well as it’s east-side locale kitty-corner from Caffe Niche and Dexterity salon, make for a very bike/walk- friendly address. The buildings are in the shape of a “U”, creating a common courtyard for the owners and pets [dogs and cats under 20 lbs. are welcome]. Couple those delights with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, new bathrooms, kitchens and roofing — all told, you’ve landed on ‘urban’ and ‘cozy’.

That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
