Our Opinion: We’re smitten with nearly any condo that’s perched in the Broadway Lofts building. We’ve sold plenty of units here, and it’s easy enough to see why. Never you mind the fact that it’s right in the center of everything great about this city (oh, but do take note…because this location is one that really can’t be beat), there’s so much more to love here than just a superb locale. The Broadway Lofts are ripe with two things we adore in any home: character in spades and windows to the world. Perched on the southeast corner of the building, this condo has TWO walls of windows, one of which spans the length of the entire space and gives absolutely unimpeded views of this city we’re so crazy about. Have a seat on your covered patio, pour the wine, and enjoy some chicken piccata by city lights, won’t you? Or, you can wake up nice ‘n’ early for some coffee and the morning paper on the other covered patio, just off the main suite…south-facing views while you read the news. The layout inside feels, in a word, sleek. Distinct living spaces exist even where walls are absent, and plenty of wall space makes for needed storage room. A tidy kitchen gives way to a roomy dining area (again with those views), and on the opposing end of the home, an office separates the main suite from the gathering spaces. You’ll have little trouble settling in, but in case you do, have us over: we’ve got ideas.
