    Our Opinion: Here’s the thing–walking into a big, beautiful home with insane views and room to roam (both inside and out) is a downright magical thing for this price. Pay less now–thereby keeping a bit in your proverbial pocket–then you add your own lovely touches down the road and greatly increase the value of this beauty. Perfectly situated on a private lane between the Boulevards (that would be Holladay and Wasatch), this handsome home on Whitewater Drive has some of the best views in the area from all of the living spaces. Whether you’re entertaining on the main floor (it was pretty much built for that), relaxing on the decks, heading off to bed, or hanging out in the spacious walk-out basement family room, you can enjoy vistas aaalll the live long day. On the outside, the owners have done some bang-up landscaping, complete with numerous decks, patios, gardens, and–yes–a basketball court. And on the inside you’ll discover that the high-end details have been placed just so throughout the home: appliances (Wolfe, Viking), faucets (Hansgrohe), light fixtures and fans (say, Minka). Add to that quartz countertops, and feel free to check out the updated powder room with that fabulous Keuco vanity.
