The Ivanhoe building is a COLLECTIVE favorite, thanks in part to that inviting courtyard and walkability to some of SLC’s best spots for good food and drink. It’s also on the Utah Historic Registry, and you know we love rallying behind our prized historic structures. Add to that secure access [double time, that is, with a gate entrance and building access codes], and we still have yet to scratch the surface on this tasty slice of pie. Truthfully, we’re having a hard time deciding which space is more desirableboth the interior and exterior are nothing short of homey delight. That said, the layout inside flows beautifully, there are views from each room, and natural light is abound throughout. The floors have been so well taken care of that you could eat off of them [should it come to that], and the kitchen stainless steel appliances for your consideration. So, yeahwelcome home.
