SLC has its healthy share of dog lovers. We know this. They attend all sorts of human events and outings on the daily, so it's kinda nice that they have one of their own. Strut Your Mutt is a leisurely walk/run held to raise funds for homeless pets. This year marks the 18th annual, and we think you should leash up your prized pooch, grab a few homies, and head to Liberty Park to do some doggone good. As always, you can choose your course [from a 3-miler to a 1.5], then take your fine bitch [or dog] to the canine-themed festival and pup parade. They're social animals…let 'em out for some much needed scuttlebutt and play, would ya? All money raised this year will go to No More Homeless Pets Network and the Best Friends Animal Society's Save Them All initiative.
