SLC DesignWalk 2015

Lovers of SLC, downright delicious design, and fierce competition (and we do mean fierce) rejoice! 'Tis time for SLC DesignWalk 2015. Unfamiliar? Well, let us enlighten you. Inspired by the past success of Fashion Stroll, DesignWalk is a themed design competition featuring the work of a few très talented locals, and it's popping off tomorrow, August 21st. The theme: Art Nouveau (chic, indeed), and competitors will be setting up shop pre-show so lucky folks like you may peruse their wares before they're modeled and judged on the runway. Afterwards, attendees will be treated to IndieWalk--the portion of the show open to students and anyone else who'd like to participate. Though this portion is not themed or judged, it's still a fabulous opportunity to sneak a peek at some burgeoning local talent before anybody else. Best part: performance by the BadKids Collective. Rally the troops and let's get nouveau, yo!
