Our Opinion: Good news–this 1940′s east-bench beauty has both spunk and splendor for her new homeowner. We’ll start with that charmer of a living room…open concept (thanks to a curved ceiling that’s adding headspace in spades) and a lovely fireplace nearly always round out the top of our “must have” lists. Adjacent dining area is cozily sidled up to (but perfectly separated from) the kitchen, and a handsome set of French doors leads to the den/spare bedroom. Two-tone paint and newer carpet serve to set off the architectural details throughout the unique layout of the home. A main floor en-suite has an attached sitting area, sizable closet, and spacious bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms are plenty roomy, as well, so you’ll have enough space for your stuffed animal/guitar collection. For our money, though, the back yard’s where it’s at: nice and secluded, landscaped by professionals, low maintenance, and a natural gas fire pit and grill to make for a Pioneer (or Pie & Beer) Day that you won’t soon forget. Shed included for additional storage (i.e. guitar collection spill-over, army of drones). This one’s a people pleaser.
