Oakhill Drive | A Step Inside

Homes like this one are a rare thing, indeed.

For one, everything about it--from the floors to the furniture to the owner himself--is completely original. Yessir, as we mentioned in the listing write up for this home, the space was designed by renowned architect William Pereira, in conjunction with the current--and only--owner. On paper, this place is already batting 1,000: it's an untouched mid-century marvel seated squarely on 1.65 acres. In Holladay.

And the interior? Inspired, to say the least.

Walls of glass, a beautiful, double-sided stone fireplace, parquet floors, and a natural cork paper-paneled wall all complement each other brilliantly within their beautiful brick confines. This space is a showpiece, no doubt, and we were happy to welcome a few fellow mid-mod enthusiasts to bask in the brilliance with us. Marvel the photos below, if you will, and bask in the fact that yes, Utah is home to some avant-garde architecture, yes, it will happily surprise you at every turn, and yes, this shining example could absolutely be yours.
