Millcreek Mid-Century | Lesson in Flow

Neighborhood: Millcreek

Architect: Ed Dreier | Built 1965, renovated 1991

Our Opinion: Flow exemplified, continuity defined. ThisĀ Ed Dreier mid-century modern has ingeniously carried unlikely materials both inside and out. One may not expect the brick exterior to extend so perfectly to the interior...but it does so with ease. Enormous, white ceiling tiles found throughout the home continue on to become the exterior soffit. Cement pebble patio works incredibly as the surface in the lower level bar. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls ('window' is such a limiting term) display life on either side. Expansive rooms, super use of materials...we could go on and on about this one. A choice SLC home.
