Quickie Juice | Raw Boost
A good juicer, 2 small- or medium-sized grapefruits, 3 to 5 carrots, ± 1″ fresh ginger
Peel and quarter grapefruit for juiciest results; if carrots and ginger are not organic, then best to wash and peel those, as well. Turn juicer on, juice the goods, drink up. Super-easy super boost.
