In this industry we see loads of homes, and plenty of them are easy on the eyes, but little excites us like the Salt Lake Modern Home Tour [put on by the Utah Heritage Foundation]. The tour serves as our chance to COLLECTIVELY appease an incessant desire for modern delights, and this year's tour was no exception. It went off in the Olympus Cove 'hood, an area that happens to be notoriously peppered with choice mid-mod homes tucked snugly at the base of Mt. Olympus. Most have soaring valley views, but there's plenty more to see. Four mind-blowing homes opened their doors for all, including a [slightly-biased] favorite Ron Molen home of ours on Eastwood [where the COLLECTIVE volunteers camped out and smiled]. Judging by the hoards of strolling observers [700+!] and the echoing 'oohs' and 'ahhs', we're calling it a success.
