We know this stuff is overwhelming. You've got questions, and the answers are kind of our whole deal, which is why we're hosting our second First-Time Home Buyer's Clinic, and you're invited! Next Wednesday, March 29th from 6-9pm, we'll be hosting any and all curious peeps for a low-key Q&A sesh about the process (think: wine, cheese, and the CHC fam, all warm and cozy-like). This is your opportunity to learn all about the home buying process, from start to finish (and ask lots of questions!). Ultimately, we want you to walk away with a more in-depth understanding of how it all works (and we guarantee home ownership is not as out of the question for you as it may seem). Here's the thing: I am currently in the midst of searching for my very own first home, so I know the struggle. I'll be sharing stories of my own experience, relating to your fears (because, honey, realtors get scared, too), and arming you all with the tools to help you move forward and level-up your life. Whether you're afraid owning a home will tie you down, or some irresponsible spending in your past has left you afraid to check your credit score, we'll go through it step by step, and help you determine the best route for you (actual hand-holding is available upon request).
This shindig is completely FREE, and we’ll have agents, lenders, and pals at the ready to answer all of your questions. We'll explain the jargon and ease your anxieties. Truthfully, buying a home is a big step, whether it's your first time or not. So, we're offering our services to you for the night--judgement-free and easy breezy.
