    Our Opinion: One look at this clever Millcreek manor, and we were swept clean off our mid-century loving feet. All the tried ‘n’ true features are there: that dreamy exterior silhouette, that cool-ly vintage wood paneling (hurry up and get on board), and a slew of sturdy-yet-cozy stone fireplaces. The place has a “blast from the past”-type vibe, which we find to be sincerely complimentary, in this case. That vintage kitchen (which connects to the sitting room, which connects to the patio) is to die for, and the office has loads of potential, to say the least. The rooms are generously proportioned, and plenty of light pours in from a plethora of nice, big windows. To say this space has been immaculately kept would be a world of an understatement, and the TLC is apparent everywhere (from the like-new carpets to beautiful cherry hardwood floors and spit-spot bathroom tile), not to mention the actually new plumbing, water heater, and roof. Built by architect John Clayton in 1959, this casa was well-loved by it’s previous owner (yup, that’s singular, people). This striking spot is tucked away into one of the most coveted streets in this area, and that lo-o-ong driveway sets it back from the road in the best of ways. The whole setup is situated on a seriously fantastic lot–think: almost half an acre in this picture-perfect neighborhood. And there’s plenty of places to put your people, too: inside, you’ll find a hearty handful of bedrooms, and with two patios outside, there will be ample room to roam come warmer temps. In other words, welcome home.
