Our Opinion: Salt Lake City for the mid $100s? Psh…you’d better get a jump on this! Ninth-floor living in this building means you get 180-degree views from your north-facing balcony, which is large enough to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee while you catch the sunrise. That said, you don't have to be on the balcony to take in the vista…you can just hole up inside and gaze out your wall of sliders, which also happen to flood the place in natural light. Watch the street lights start to flicker on come evening time, then have a glass of vino with a few of your closest pals while you capitalize on that open floor plan and those b-e-a-utiful hardwood floors. You'll also love the secure parking (safety!), the swimming pool (laps!), and the building’s soon-to-be-completely-updated foyer. But obviously, we want to talk about the location now: you'll be walking/biking all over the place, what with your being so close to everything and all. Some of our recommendations include Rye, Caffé Niche, and Oasis…but the possibilities are endless here. It's like we said...better get a jump on it. Like, now.
