Capitol Hill

This crown jewel of Salt Lake City sits on her throne at the top of State St and overlooks the entire metropolitan area. The Capitol building, built between 1912 and 1916, is the twinkle in our stately eye, and stitches together the Aves, Marmalade, Ensign Downs and Downtown (she’s kinda pretty, too).

The Hill is riddled with single-family homes, as well as apartments, and it’s just a short jaunt to hikers’ delight, Memory Grove. Draws include The Pioneer Memorial Museum (oooh and ahhh), and first dibs at the bevy of events the Capitol puts on yearly, including “Movie Under the Stars”.

Minutes to I-15 Fwy

For a quick zip north to Ogden or south...say, to one of our five, stunning national parks.

Most homes here sport valley and Capitol building views, and it's just a short little walk to City Creek Canyon or 11th Ave Park.  Straight-up majestic.
