Our Opinion: If someone [really] wise told you that there was a condo available in one of downtown SLC's best buildings that was equal parts cool and cozy, we assume you would jump on it. And if that same [sensible, savvy, incredibly kind] someone also mentioned that it was just a literal stone's throw from the newly-designed [by us] Finca digs, we assume you'd run full speed to that neck of the downtown woods. Put your Keds on. 'Cause the cool kid that nabs this condo is getting the goods. Plenty of space for loungin' and the like, and a layout that works well for most any setting. The usual studio style unit has been nicely altered with one bedroom, privately partitioned off, without disrupting the open flow of the home. Exposed brick walls, concrete floors, a pleasing amount of storage, and a kitchen that'll make you wanna whip up some fresh pasta for the gang. Balcony just off that swell kitchen? You betcha. Post up with a cup of coffee and watch the morning go off, or have yourself a glass of wine and a sunset view. This unit's been well cared for…if downtown is on your mind, this little place is quite the find.
